The KTJ Score, published in full. Every ranking is earned from a formula we show you, not a stranger's opinion of a fifteen year old. The score is built from: a coach verifying the athlete's roster spot (40 points), coach endorsements of stats and measurables (up to 15), a teacher or counselor academic endorsement (10), profile completeness (up to 10), and core GPA standing (up to 10). Outlet consensus from 247Sports, ESPN, On3, Rivals and MaxPreps is shown next to each athlete, but it does not inflate the earned score. Every athlete can see exactly why they sit where they sit and can appeal. Ranking visibility is opt in for every athlete under 18, and a parent can switch it off at any time.
