Look at what is tucked under his elbow. That is the whole product brief. Thirty years of evaluations, contacts and phone numbers lived on paper like that, and the software the industry sold to replace it kept losing to it, because paper works in a gym with no bars and never asks you to log in again.
Paper does four things software keeps failing at
It works with no signal. A gym in south Georgia has no bars, and school wifi behind a login page is worse than none because your phone thinks it is connected. Everything here saves to the phone first and syncs later. There is no spinner anywhere in this app because nothing ever waits on a network.
It never logs you out. Install this to your home screen and it stays signed in, and your notes stop being something the browser is allowed to clear.
It takes a scrawl. Every note field is a plain box. Use the microphone on your own keyboard and talk into it. Nothing here makes you pick from a list before you can write down what you actually saw.
It does not make you wait. Tap a rank, type a number, done. Dragging forty names on a phone is slower than typing the number you want, so typing the number is the main way and dragging is the extra.
The four things a legal pad will never tell you
What today is. The recruiting calendar is not a month of one colour. January 2026 was a contact period with a quiet Sunday and a dead weekend punched into the middle of it. Head coaches say out loud that they lose track. The banner at the top of your board is day accurate, and where the NCAA has not published a calendar yet it says so rather than guessing.
Who else from your staff is already at that school. Two coaches from one program at one high school on the same day is a violation, and it happens because nobody told anybody. You get told before you log it.
How many contacts you have left. Six per prospect across his whole recruitment, one per week in a contact period. Counted as you go, not reconstructed by a compliance officer a month later.
Where your staff disagrees. Every coach grades independently and nobody overwrites anybody. The Staff tab shows who has whom first at each position and flags the positions where the room is furthest apart. That is the meeting agenda, generated.

Yours, and your staff's. Board rows, grades, notes and the contact log are all locked at the database to members of your program. There is no public read policy on any of those tables, so no visitor, no athlete, no other program and no search engine can reach them. A note you mark private stays yours alone, and that includes from your head coach.
A recruit's page on the public board never shows your grade, your notes, your rank or the fact that you are looking at all. The two halves of this platform do not talk to each other in that direction.
