Kala Gause, known to his students as Coach K, is an Atlanta based mentor, author of two books, and a national speaker who has watched athletes grow from elementary school to the professional level.
Why now. High school sports participation just reached an all time record of roughly 8.3 million athletes. NIL and the transfer portal rewrote the rules in under four years. Families are making six figure decisions using information they found on a message board. That gap is the reason this exists.
