Classroom Semester Pilot
One teacher or group for a semester. Curriculum license, teacher facilitation guide, student workbooks, video library, two virtual sessions with Coach K, and a family night. The low risk way to see it work.
Whole School License
Curriculum for a full grade band, a teacher professional development day, one live student assembly, and a family night. Renews each year.
District or Multi School
Multi school license, train the trainer professional development, quarterly coaching, a keynote, and platform accounts under one agreement.

Getting approved as a vendor
Most districts require any outside program to clear a vendor and safety review before payment or building access. We have this ready to move quickly once you tell us what your district needs. Typically that means:
- A completed W-9 and business registration
- A Certificate of Insurance — general liability, with your district listed as additional insured. Some districts ask for additional coverage tied to direct student contact; your business office can confirm what applies
- A background check, usually a state criminal history and sex offender registry check, sometimes fingerprinting — the exact requirement is state and district specific
- If paid through Title I, Title II, or Title IV funds, we are typically classified as a contractor, not a subrecipient, which is a simpler procurement path — your business office can confirm
